Kimberly Sharp

ABOUTKimberly Abernathy Sharp is an Executive Director at Morgan Health.
Kimberly Sharp is the Executive Director and Head of Portfolio Marketing and Communications at Morgan Health and serves as a strategic partner to the organization’s portfolio companies. Her role includes helping advance commercial strategies, fostering brand growth, and enhancing market presence. Serving as a liaison to the broader JPMorgan Chase organization, Kimberly facilitates comprehensive support and resources to help the portfolio companies achieve their goals.
Before joining JPMorgan Chase, Kimberly served as the Global Head of Internal Communications at Nasdaq. In this capacity, she oversaw executive communications, employee engagement initiatives, M&A communications, crisis management responses, and helped shape brand strategy. Kimberly collaborated with Nasdaq-listed companies to enhance their employees’ experiences during IPOs and pivotal events. As a member of the Risk Management Steering Committee, she also led Nasdaq’s global Covid-19 communications strategy.
Prior to joining Nasdaq, Kimberly held a number of roles within the health care industry. She spent ten years at Pfizer, during which time she served as a strategy manager for the Sales/Marketing, Global Commercial Operations, and Human Resources departments before joining Corporate Affairs to manage Internal Communications for the Established Products business. She has also led Internal and Employee Communications for Bayer’s Medical Care business and the NYU Langone Health System in New York.
Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Nova Southeastern University, complemented by advanced studies in Strategic Communications at Emerson College in Boston.
